I rang sky yesterday 3/11/25 and was told my bill would be £13 not £23

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

It may take longer for billing to be updated.

Hi @Lesl1 you aren't talking to sky CS here, it's customer helping customer. You will need to call sky on 150 for any billing issues.
