&lt;P&gt;I appreciate on one occasion DPD came on the wrong day but for the others&amp;nbsp;you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier which should have details of your &lt;STRONG&gt;1 hour delivery slot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are unavailable then a family member with the same surname as you (and the necessary I.D.) can accept it on your behalf. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I ordered the phone but i missed the delivery. First time i was on the work so i couldn't get it.then i rescheduled it but they didn't bring my parcel then i rescheduled it again but they came on 29th October instead of 30 and because i was on work and i was unavailable i missed it. They sent my parcel back. What should I do now to get my phone? Please help</description>
