    <description>&lt;P&gt;I order the Pixel 10 Pro Fold when there was an offer running to claim an extra £300 on trade in. I have just received the phone. Does anyone know how to complete this claim? I have tried going through the trade in process and entering the IMEI of the Pixel 10 but it says invalid code. I am an existing Sky Mobile customer but had tonplace the order on the phone due to a problem with my account. TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have been trying to find out about how to claim the extra £300, but so far, I've spent the best part of over 2 hours on the phone to Sky and have got no where.&amp;nbsp; I received my new phone on the 9th October as I pre-ordered. When I called them today, they were going to pass it on to the back team to try and sort out which could take 7 working days!&amp;nbsp; I've just lost my Dad and I could do with the £300 for additional unexpected costs. If you do find out how to claim this, then I would love to know how. Good luck!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I also had this problem, and sky themselves were unable to help but I emailed the trade in company and got a fairly swift reply; they requested some proof and once sent, confirmed they can apply the discount manually - took around two days overall to sort and won't be properly sorted until I've received the official trade in offer but sounds problem free from this point, so I'd definitely recommend emailing them. Hope it's as easy for you both =]&lt;/P&gt;</description>
