&lt;P&gt;It will be as somehow they have got hold of your Sky account login details as usually this happens if someone has responded&amp;nbsp;to a fake Sky email or phone call so you need to report this issues to Sky as per this&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If someone turns up you door&amp;nbsp; asking for these do not give it to them as they will then send them onto the scammers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
