I ordered an Apple Watch and got an email to say it was due for delivery next day (26th oct) and I would receive courier details but no such email every came. On the progress update it says coming soon, I am unsure when it is due to come or if I'm even getting it at all. I have signed all my contracts etc but had no update since

Hi @Amberchap12 coming soon means sky are waiting for stock of that particular device. Keep an eye on there for any updates.

It appears that email you were sent was incorrect as Sky are awaiting delivery of the watch from their supplier. Coming soon should mean just that but you can still be looking at a few weeks for it to be sent.
