Trying to access online account for my mobile contract and even though I am logged into my sky id it will not let me access anything and whenever and just shows this screen

Are you logged in with your main Sky ID, if you believe you are then sign out and give this a try:

A way to check which Sky ID's a linked to an account is by clicking the "forgotten username" link when signing in and it will show you all the emails/sky ID's associated with your account.

I have tried this my email is the only one link and after logging into it is doing the exact same thing

All you can do is to either call Sky tomorrow on 150 or use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page to get in touch with them about it.
