&lt;P&gt;There is nothing us customers can do for as you would need to look into this yourself by signing up to a site that allows you to view your records, one credit checking site they use is Experian so you could sign up to a free trial with them, just remember to cancel.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is the case then any upfront charges that you have paid should be refunded within about 14 days.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I would like to purchase a new mobile contract, I have two existing ones, one sky mobile and one sky tv, but when applying for a third my credit check was unsuccessful can anyone help ?</description>

You could check your credit file to see if anything shows up. Have you recently changed address ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
