My new sim came yesterday I have activated it and put my pac in to keep my old number but after it loaded it then said there was a problem you will get a text and I didn't and I have the new number you came me I wanted to know can I still get my old number or have I lost that now?

Hi @Nichole9456 give sky a call from your new sim, call on 150 and give them the PAC and they should be able to help you. If your old sim is still working then you haven't lost that number yet.
