    <description>&lt;P&gt;It was not activated and I cancelled it on the phone the day I got it. I have received a charge for the first month already although it was delivered 2 weeks late and have been charge for the sim as well as the phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Ususlly you wouldn't be charged for a sim that wasn't activated so if you have then speaking to Sky about this is all that you do to get your money refunded.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
