I ordered a new phone but it came with a new number, I would like to keep my old number, it's an eSIM, does anyone know what I need to do?

If the number is on an esim then this link explains what you need to do to move it to your new phone:

Any new dataplan you activate you have a new number.

You cannot transfer numbers within a network.

There is a protracted workaround but you have to transfer the number OUT of the network and back in again.
