      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any new dataplan you activate you have a new number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You cannot transfer numbers within a network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a protracted workaround but you have to transfer the number OUT of the network and back in again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
