      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I preordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max on the day it launched for pre order. Since then, I've had little to no communication about where my phone is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm now really wanting to cancel my order because of it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How have people experienced this? Has it been an easy phone call?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Because it's pay monthly, I'm worried they'll tell me I cannot cancel due to the credit agreement.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4511705"&gt;@kaylesbentley&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; if you haven't received it then you can still cancel the order. Sky may say you can't cancel it and just to refuse delivery when it arrives but you should be able to cancel it over the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
