&lt;P&gt;You are only talking&amp;nbsp;to other Sky customers here and no matter what you were told I doubt very much Sky would waive overseas charges but if this is what you were told then put in a complaint giving the date and time you spoke to someone at Sky so if needs be someone can listen to what was said to you:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":right_arrow:"&gt;➡️&lt;/span&gt; customer&lt;/STRONG&gt; discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We obviously don't know what charges you were challenging or what Sky said. Have you checked your future bills to see if a credit has been applied?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
