&lt;P&gt;Sorry but you can't request it via here as this is where customers help each other. You can use the packaging your new device came in as there&amp;nbsp;should be a small return label&amp;nbsp;on the inside of it somewhere. If you don't have this then call Sky on 150 and they will send you some packaging and a return label.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
