I am needed a puc code and when I text puk to the no its saying too many no to the account and says I need to contact yous

If you want to move your mobile number then it is a pac code so you need to mkake sure you send the correct message. If you are sending the correct text then as we are customers here you would need to call Sky on 150 to get help with this.

Hi @Jackies1975 is your sim locked as that's what a PUK is for ? If yes try eight zeros.
