topic SIM 'upgrade' in Sky Mobile

Hi all, Just had a phonecall from someone offering to 'upgrade my Sky SIM card' to fix network issues. No real in-depth reasoning behind why it's being done, no security checks and all the usual red flags seem to be there. It won't let me post the phone number in here though unfortunately, but the number doesn't appear on Sky's list of contacts.

The call would have been from a scammer who is wanting to get hold of your Sky account details so they can order phones and other devices via it so you din't give them any details like this did you ?

Absolutely not.

I checked the number and it suggests that it's connected to Aviva MID helpdesk.

Nice try XD
