I've just had an upgrade and got a new sim and I've noticed on my account that I'll be charged for both sims with data, I need help cancelling the other data plan so I'm not double charged plus I need help with keeping my number as I've tried and it keeps telling me it can't do it right now

Hi @Courtney80 you can't port your number from one sky sim to another. Either port it with a PAC to a different network on PAYG then port back to the new sim. That will cancel the old plan. You could also try calling sky on 150 to see if they would allocate the new plan to the old sim but they may refuse. Either way you still need to call sky to cancel one sim if you don't use the first option above.
