&lt;P&gt;Try sending the network settings to your phone so this&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;should be what you need to do:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account &amp;gt; Mobile &amp;gt; Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.&lt;BR /&gt;Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.&lt;BR /&gt;Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Save the settings when your receive┬áthem and reboot your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Signed up to Sky Mobile package and used new Google phone.&amp;nbsp; Activation went fine and can use the phone to call.&amp;nbsp; However I cannot get the internet part of the package bundle to work.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Molly&lt;/P&gt;</description>
