<title>topic Esim issues in Sky Mobile</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Mobile/Esim-issues/m-p/5122410#M271205</link>
<description>Hi, I am a Sky customer using an eSim I recently returned to Dublin from a short trip to Morocco. Before the trip, I manually turned the eSim off in my phone's settings. Upon arriving back in Dublin and turning the eSim on, I have been unable to connect to any service. My phone currently shows "No Service" and the error message "Selected network unavailable." I have already tried manually selecting the network without success. Your help articles suggested replacing the eSim. However, when I attempt the replacement process, it asks for a Recovery Code which I have never received. This is a critical issue because: * My eSim is off, so I cannot receive text messages (which is how the code is usually sent). * I am now back in my home location (Dublin) and still have no signal, leaving me without the ability to make or receive calls/texts. Please advise immediately on how I can proceed to restore my service or get the required Recovery Code without being able to receive a text message. I need an urgent resolution to get my phone working again. Thank you.</description>
