iphone 17 not making or receiving calls

my iphone 17 has been working but suddenly wont make or accept calls and texts. I have tried following youtube videos and advice here from virtual assistant but with no luck. Can anyone help?

Hi @BrooklandsBear do you have an esim installed ? Other customers have found deleting the esim and reinstalling it has helped with this sort of issue.
