&lt;P&gt;You can cancel the swap if it has been less than 31 days since you did it so if it is then call Sky on 150 about this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After swapping iPhone 14 which had absolutely nothing wrong with it and was told £240 off new phone . Then was told only £140. But not told of issues. Then get sent a iphone16 plus which breaks after a week, lots of calls to sky . Loss of data, and they want a large amount of money for next bill. Can I cancel all. So unhappy with sky. I've been a customer for 12 years. I've made a complaint about it all. But have heard nothing from them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
