&lt;P&gt;I think you mean you failed the credit check?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You are only talking to other customers but what we can say is this should be refunded to you within 2-3 weeks so if it has been longer than this you will need to call Sky to chase them up about it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
