topic Account Blocked Due To Fraud in Sky Mobile

I recently upgraded my phone on my dad's account, but had this cancelled as I wanted to have my own account with Sky so it would come directly out of my account. My dad then phoned Sky up and cancelled the order. I then made my own order on my own account, but Sky also cancelled this order on "my request". I didn't make this request, but I assume it's off the back of the first order on my dad's account. This was a couple of weeks ago.

I made a second attempt at purchasing last night, but the order was cancelled, talking about fraud protection. I went to speak to Sky in person today, and they've said my account is now blocked from any orders and I'd need to phone to get it unblocked. I assume from Sky's end, it appears as though someone's trying to order phones pretending to be me, when in reality, it is actually me.

I can't phone Sky because my personal phone number is attached to my dads account, so they want to speak to him. But how am I supposed to unlock my own personal account if my personal number is attached to my dad's account?
