Live chat not working

Hi,

I went to go use the chat option (actual person, not the robot) and once I sign in it says 'unavailable' yet when I'm signed out it says 'active' (or something along those lines).

any ideas on how to fix this?

ah I see, thankyou for your help.

unfortunately it's not, I'm just trying to trace my order as it was ordered 2 weeks ago and still no update 😞
