Cannot make or receive calls on my phone. Have a bill pay phone and my husband is on the same contract. His phone works but mine doesn't....it's a new Samsung S25 phone.

Hi @ciara2025 if you try your sim in his phone and it's the same then you may need to call sky and ask for a replacement sim.

Others with this issue last week @lucyshome deleted the esim then reinstalled it.

Thanks a million I did a seamless transfer when I changed from 3 to Sky so it has no sim
