Call Sky on 150 or use the 'No I still need help' button at the bottom of this Sky help article;

I am the same as you ,purchased a samsung galaxcy 11 with a esim, but this sim is not compatable with this device So I need to swap the esim for a psim. Any ideas how to do this please.Thanks in advance.

Hi @Locky2 you will need to call sky to request a replacement physical sim. If you can't call use the social media links at the bottom of this page.
