    <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my phone to the Pixel 10 pro almost 2 months ago. I still have not recieved the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I phoned Sky Mobile a month ago to find out what the issue was. They informed me that they did not have the colour I ordered in stock, and could not tell me when to expect the delivery.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They were more than happy to order a different colour, but failed to tell me that if I did this I would no longer be eligible for the £250 cashback offer which was the main reason I decided to upgrade in the first place!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They then refused to cancel the contract for the phone which I had not received!! They told me that I would have to wait for the delivery to arrive and then refuse it! What absolute rubbish. When I pushed about my right to cancel, the guy on the phone had clearly had enough of me and fobbed me off. telling me he had opened a case for me, which he hadn't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I put in a complaint about this weeks ago, and have not recieved a response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After this experience I would advice against going with Sky Mobile. They are absolute scam artsits.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
