&lt;P&gt;If you have had it for more than 31 days then&amp;nbsp;probably not as you did sign a credit agreement&amp;nbsp;agreeing to pay a certain amount per month against it while you can call Sky on 150 to see what they say they might not release you from the contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it helps you can apply for a payment holiday which pauses your device payment for 3 months:&lt;/P&gt;
