Piggy bank data missing

Hi all , ive just checked my piggy bank data and over the past 5 months data has been taken out without my knowledge ? Does anyone know if this is a thing ? Who is taking the data if im not using it for anything ?

Data remains in your piggybank now for a year if unused so any that was added this time last year will be automatically removed if you have not used it.

So after 04/06/25 any data older than 12 months is being removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails but it's only come into effect this year which may be why quite a few customers have forgotten about it.
