      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using my sky mobile eSIM for a few months now and it completely stopped working today. I only just got sky broadband installed in my house and I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it? My phone is basically non functional without a wifi connection now and just shoes a satellite symbol in the corner where the network bars should be. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No mast issues in my area. I got it back working but had to delete my ESIM and manually reinstall it using the SM DP + address and activation code&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
