&lt;P&gt;You should never need to make a manual payment as you did so the payment will still be taken to Sky then (if not already) the payment you made should appear as a credit that can either be left to pay your next bill or you can call Sky on 150 to ask for them to refund it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
