I have been contracting with Sky and my order in 28/09/2025 tell to me coming in 2 week and last 2 dayes ago I call to Sky tell to me Wednesday my order come to me but I don't get tracking number to know when and what time comes to I be home

You haven't said what you ordered. If it's an iPhone 17 then as with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.
