      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently switched from a physical SIM to an eSIM on my iPhone. Initially, everything was working fine. However, after updating my device to iOS version 26.0.1, I have completely lost service on the eSIM. I am unable to make or receive phone calls, and I’ve noticed that some of my contacts have disappeared as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This disruption has caused significant inconvenience, and I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving the matter. I would like to know:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Why the eSIM stopped functioning after the update.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What steps Sky is taking to address compatibility issues with iOS 26.0.1.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;How I can restore full service and recover my missing contacts.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please treat this as a priority and advise on the next steps to restore my mobile service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
