I recently ordered Samsung galaxy S25 ultra Titanium grey together with a Galaxy Buds3Pro. The order was a mistake as I wanted the Titanium black colour. I chatted with a customer assistant online who advised to order another one and return the wrong order when delivered. Meanwhile I ordered the Titanium black together with another Galaxy Buds3 Pro.

When I received the 2 packages, I contacted sky customer service to start a return process and they sent me a return envelope. I posted both the Titanium grey phone and the Galaxy Buds3Pro together in the envelope as they were sent to me together as well, and I got a message from sky that device was received. But to my surprise when the refund was processed, it was only processed for the phone and not the Buds. Now they will be charging me for an item I have returned. I have been calling them and they're investigating it but the truth is that it's frustrating for having to call everytime as it is time consuming. My questions is, when they opened the returned parcel and saw the phone, did they not see the Buds I included?

 The big issue I have now is that they are asking for my proof of postage and I couldn't find it amymore. I think i destroyed it after I got an email from sky telling me they received my return.

I am worried and think it will be unfair for sky to be charging me every month for the next 24months for something I have returned and they couldn't properly process. Please can this be resolved without my proof of postage? Im afraid I can't find it anymore

@Anonymous
l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

You are being asked for the proof of posting as the Post Office receipt shows the weight of the parcel which would indicate the buds would be inside too. Too late now but we encourage everyone to keep the proof of posting safe and indefinitely.
