Early trade in

currently I'm on a swap24 contract, the swap should be next month but I was wondering if I'd be able to trade in early and get a new phone now. As I'm not eligible for the swap24 until next month I was looking into other things I could do like ordering my new phone now and then trading my current one in after checkout but as my current phones still in a contract I don't think I'd be able to do that. Is there anyway I would be able to trade in early and use the trade in value from my current phone to pay off the contract or do I just wait to possibly swap next month.

Hi @suminssss you should be able to do a swap now if you want, if the swap value doesn't cover what's left on the current contract then the difference is added to your next bill.

When I go onto my sky account to do the swap it says I'm not eligible, assuming this is because I'm not up to the 24 month point within my contract to be able to do the swap. Would I have to call sky in order to initiate the swap or am I just completely blind and can't see anything on the app! 😞

You should be able to do it in the app @suminssss but others have also found the same as you and it won't let them, wrongly, swap early. You could try calling sky on 150 to discuss your options.
