You have 31 days to change your mind, the return label should be on the inside of the packaging the phone came in as you can use this to return it. If you haven't got the packaging and therefore the return label you will need to call Sky about this and you would need to do this anyway to let them know you want to return it.

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.
