      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received my new SIM over a month ago and attempted to activate it, but I still appear to be using my old SIM with Sky. Now, my Sky activation code has expired, but because I work from 9 to 6, 5 days a week, I never get a chance to call to get it sorted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So to be clear you activated the new SIM card and put it in your device but it is showing the same plan that you had on the other sim that you are now not using ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
