    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have no mobile data due to a fault with my sim card. I was sent a replacement sim today and am unable to receive &amp;nbsp;an activation code to my mobile &amp;nbsp;in order to activate the sim. &amp;nbsp;I am unable to make calls to notify Sky so what am I supposed to do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Social media Sky help bots are unable to help - their respond is that they don't understand the issue. They say they will pass your query onto an adviser and they will contact you but they never do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
