Swapping IPhone But Not Working

Hi there I need someone to help me with swapping my phone to get a new phone

I've called up and I'm getting lines busy , I've also chatted on the chat and nothings been working and I'm stressing out big time because I've still got problems of swapping my phone

if anyone could help please comment below I would reallly appreciate it as I am getting really frustrated

I would try again tomorrow as the phone lines might be busy this evening as there are some issues with Sky Glass/Stream so Sky might seeing extra calls trying to get through about it.

It used to be 7am, not sure if it still is.
