    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky by either calling them although they can't tell you anything other then the reason of the cancellation&amp;nbsp;is due to a failed credit check&amp;nbsp;as they are not allowed to access your credit record as only you can do this via credit checking sites like Experian.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I applied for a iPad last night and was accepted but never entered my direct debit details. I've just gone to do it again to complete my order but now it's saying I am not eligible. Please could you see if I am eligible or not as I can't understand why last night I was accepted but tonight I wasn't? Is it because I've already gone through the credit check with you? Is there anyway I can order it? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As we are customers here who help each other we can't check&amp;nbsp;anything for you. If you were accepted yesterday then it should have ask you to provide the&amp;nbsp;payment details. As you didn't then placing the order again so soon could well be the reason for the failure this time around.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
