      <description>I upgraded my phone recently with the offer of a free chrome book I have attempted to submit the claim to find out its now closed! Im disappointed as a loyal diamond customer this is unacceptable. Anybody have any advice on how to return my phone??</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The offer with the Chromebook finished on the 2nd October although usually you can still put in a claim beyond that date so perhaps there is no more stock availble for this promotion hence is now being closed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
