The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That will be because Sky are awaiting stock from their suppliers so can not give you an accurate&amp;nbsp;delivery date. This does happen especially with new iphone releases.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
