Sending old iPhone back

I have upgraded and doing a swap. I know to use the box and label but there wasn't any instructions in the box on how to send it back.
Do I just seal, stick label on box and return via post office or anything else I need to do please?

Basically that, you could also put a piece of paper with your name and account number on it and if you can take some pictures from all angles including the screen to show what condition it is in if needs be. Make sure you get and keep the proof of posting with the tracking details on it.

If you haven't got the return label either then you will have to call Sky on 150 about this.
