      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky recently offered me a promotional upgrade to a unlimited data plan and I received a new SIM card. I want to keep my existing number so I activated the new SIM using the replace a SIM option. The activation code was accepted but I didnt receive a confimation message to say the activation had worked. The real issue I have is that when I access my account, it still shows my old sim as being active (although it now doesnt work when I install it in my iPhone) and I am still on the old data plan. The new sim appears to have retained my original number, it just that the data plan and sim in use doesnt match up with reality within my account. How do I move across to my new data plan?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
