Dear Sky Mobile Team,

I am writing to report an unauthorized account opened using my personal details. I am currently in India and have received a welcome letter, but I did not order any phone or open an account with Sky Mobile.

My details are:
- Name: Rashmitha Bollam

I believe my identity may have been stolen, and a fraudulent order was placed. I request you to investigate this matter urgently, cancel the unauthorized account, and prevent any further misuse of my information.

Please let me know what steps you are taking to resolve this issue and what information you require from me. Can you please pass this to mobile team and give me a confirmation about this

You are not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here i would call sky ASAP if you have a problem with your account

Somebody has got access to your account perhaps due to a scam email being responded to or a call from a scammer where someone has give the Sky account details. You need to report this to Sky as soon as you can and should a device arrive at your UK address then make sure it is only returned to Sky and do not give it to any courier that might turn up.
