      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know what I can do,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I accidently ordered an accessory and submitted a return request the next day, in line with skys policy. I didn't recieve the returns package and I've spent a whole year trying to get one?? Everytime I call I'm being passed around to different departments and being told my case is being escalated to tech but nothing ever happens. Everytime I ring I get someone even more clueless! What can I do to get a returns package as I'm paying for a product I don't need/use.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
