      <title>Cannot upgrade as it says my services are restricted</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to upgrade my phone but it keeps saying my services are restricted. Nothing is outstanding and I spoke to sky last week who confirmed it was an error and will be fixed in 2 days. Still not fixed and I have had the error for months was told previously I had too many devices but now I only have 2 devices so this is not the issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
