      <title>Uncapable Call Centre based in South Africa</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have contacted sky call centre 3 times with the final call agreeing I would receive a call from a manger.&amp;nbsp; Is it beyond the wit of man to see the error on my bill, which unsurprisingly is the the benefit financially of Sky.&amp;nbsp; I find the treatment of myself disgraceful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I don't get a response I will be cancelling my direct debit, in the hope this gets &lt;STRONG&gt;someones&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;attention.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else experiences poor quality non first language english staff??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
