Error when trying to link sky mobile to sky ID

Tried on numerous occasions spent over an hour on the phone but they couldn't sort was promised a call back it didn't happen I can't get into my sky mobile account or link it to my sky broadband seriously considering Binning and going back to O2 as I can't see or control anything to do with my account for the mobile

Your Sky Mobile account isn't or shouldn't be linked to your broadband account as both should be linked to your main Sky ID so if you are stuggling with this then it might be worth trying to contact Sky via the social media links at the bottom of this page.

Hi thanks you yes that's what I meant my sky ID - I've tried them a few months ago and after over an hour plus they couldn't help me and someone was going to csll

me back I haven't the time to waste seems a very simple thing to be able to log into a mobile account which I can't
