supposed to be delivere

Hi everyone,

I’d like to ask if anyone has had a similar experience.

Yesterday the courier missed me at home, and the parcel (a phone from Sky) was supposed to be delivered today. However, it has already been sent back to Sky. I’m not sure if I can still stop it with the courier or if I just need to wait until Sky receives it back and then sends it out to me again.

How did you deal with this in your case? Is it better to call the courier company right away, or should I contact Sky directly?

To start with I would call DPD to see what they say and if it is on it's way back to Sky then give them a call.

I contacted DPD and they told me they can’t do anything because it has already been sent back.

...then contact Sky.

JFYI Unfortunately, they may not process the return particularly quickly.
