      <description>I can not activate my Sim because I did not recieve the sim after 5 days, but I can not seem to be able to order a replacement sim without activating the sim in the first place....please can anyone help</description>

&lt;P&gt;As you say you can not order a replacement sim if the original sim did not arrive so what you would need to do is to order the original sim again from here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As mentioned in the order email and track your order, if your sim has not arrived within 5 or 6 days of ordering, you will need to call Sky, for a replacement sim.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the Sky help article below, click on 'No I still need help' for messaging and call numbers to contact Sky;&lt;/P&gt;
